In April 2008 Local Involvement Networks (LINks) will replace Public &
Patient Involvement Forums, representing local people’s views about not
just health but also social care services.
The LINk (Local Involvement in Health and Social Care Network) will replace the Patient and Public Involvement Forums (PPIFs) as the new body for service user, patient and public involvement in health and social care
